All the SAARC countries premiers’
were present yesterday. While the CM of Tamilnadu Ms.J. Jayalalithaa did
not attend the function neither sent any representatives on her behalf.
Similarly Kerela’s Omman Chandy ,
Odisha’s Naven Patnaik,
and Karnataka's Siddharamaiah didnot attend the fuction. But the CM of
West Bengal sent 2 delegates for this ceremony.
