Mr.John Kerry ,U.S Secretary of  State said here on Monday that India has to plan out  rules before starting trade with the US and other nations.He also said that Mr.Modi's period as Chief  Minister of Gujarat for four consecutive years has proved his strength and shown this world how to bring changes in the polices for better governance .

India will certainly reach heights if it establishes private initiatives to create more monetary flow and limits subsidies,I feel.
