System boots but seeing cursor in a black window/PC always showing not genuine Windows version/When NTLDR (NT -Loader) not found:

I have been getting this problems lately and I thought it will be beneficial to you.

Here are some quick fixes.

1) System boots but you end up seeing cursor in a black window

- Press F8-> Repair you computer-> restore your system

2)PC always showing not genuine Windows version

 - Start Menu -> Open cmd (Administrator) ->Type SLMGR -REARM (SLMGR is a tool which manages Windows software license. REARM is a command which resets license status of the machine.) and press enter -> OK -> Restart
(Note:SLMGR -REARM must work for Windows 32 bit version. It may work for Windows 64 bit version. If it did not work for Windows 64 bit version, then only you have to try SLMGR /REARM.)

3) When NTLDR (NT -Loader) not found:

-BOOT FROM CD ie: CHANGE THE BOOT OPTION TO - FROM CDROM: THEN PRESS ANY KEY
-THEN PRESS - R- FOR RECOVERY
-THEN PROCEED WITH 1
-THEN ENTER
-THEN COMMANDS BELOW:
-COPY D:\i386\ntldr C:\ [enter]
-COPY D:\i386\ntdetect.com

hope this helps!
