Having his speech given in both the houses of Parliament ,Mr. Modi states that  the ultimate aim and goal for all including the opposition is to transform India into a skilled nation. He said that women’s security is to be taken as the primary one on the priority list. To create a wholesome development, minorities must be given importance, he said. He assured that within a couple of years  his government would transform India a skilled one.
