Capitation Fee – a burden

Even though judicial
bodies made law to ban the capitation fee, there are many institutions still
getting them.
Hike in capitation fees in schools and colleges make parents
to come down to streets to protest. These capitation fees are burden to all
parents. Even though the institutions know that this is illegal, they are still
continuing it for greater profit. On the other hand there are parents who still
are willing to pay much for their children so this becomes an advantage for
them to still increase their capitation fee. Unless they themselves stop paying
them, this is will continue.
