IT sector was the only sector ten years back to have gained the complete momentum and prominence. People in this sector were seen blessed. Workers of other sectors gaped, as the IT professionals pockets’ were overflowed.

It was on 2012, that this sector faced a slip.  During this time many workers in IT sector were fired. Many were not paid for their work. Lots of companies were locked and had to move. Workers lost their livelihood and were pushed into sudden poverty.

This year 2014, and upcoming years are marked for the betterment in Indian IT sector. Due to diversification in mobile technology, cyber security, cloud computing, virtual shopping there is a chance of this sector to uplift its level. Update yourself to make yourself sustain in that very job you work. This helps you to dodge from you being fired. Many CEOs and Directors of large organizations have stated that 2014 and the upcoming years will be “better” for the IT industry. The software exports to grow 12-14 percent to clock $84-87 billion.

Lastly -With updating yourself you are hired without updating, you are fired!
