Why the heck did I study for past 19 years? ,”I’m going nuts with this job!” are two common exclamations that refer to unemployment and underemployment.

A determinant of country’s economy is employment. A complete economical disaster would occur when no proper attention is given to the key factor - “employment”. Whenever we think about employment two related opposite terms pop in our mind - Unemployment and Underemployment .Let us first look at their meaning. Unemployment means without a job, Underemployment means you don’t get a job that you deserve; you get a job not worthy of your actual capacity. Unemployable is another category where a person is not eligible for a job since he/she lacks the caliber. These problems are more prevalent. Some governments are very keen in giving free education to all children from kindergarten to high school. This is something worth an appreciation .But after that? What is the purpose of education without any result? Sometimes some may not be worth for a job. I’m not talking about them. I’m talking about the hard workers. Sometimes the selection and the recruitment process becomes just eyewash. Bribery, recommendation letters all pave way to worthless ones, leaving the good ones stranded. This is the sole reason for the lack of quality in every sector.
