A wrecking ball at stress
-Abbhirami
We are kind of similar to hamsters that are on their wheel,
doing our day in and day out jobs, never minding the things that are happening
around us. In this busy schedule we tend to forget peace and pleasure.
I sit back and think what I’m up to. I get tones answers
flushing into head, but wait. I know this happens for all. Think the exact purpose
of what is the real need that is driving us. Try distinguishing between the
want and need.
I figured it out that some things add up with my need and
that becomes my want. This happens to everybody. I’ll make you understand with
an example. Say you are thirsty. You find a shop. You get in and find what is available.
You find a water bottle. You also notice a cold drink. What do you opt? Your
need is a water bottle. But what does your brain say. It gets confused with the
choices that are thrown. Then things become hard to choose.
This is the ultimate cause for the stress. Never make your
need meet with want. But listen, wants are the ones that drives you and make
you work hard and makes you learn more things. I don’t say want is bad. I say
you to distinguish in the best way you can to find out what you NEED? And what
you WANT?
This is kind of a bit hard but this might help you many
times to kick away stress. Analyze and distinguish then things turn simple.
