I have been stuck with this problem for quite long time. And I fixed this.
Please follow the steps to get rid of this problem. This solution definitely helps.

1. Start FileZilla

2. File -> Site Manager -> New Site

3. It asks for HTP, Port,Protocol,etc.

Give the following: Host :"ftp.HostAccountDomain.com"
                                Port: 21
                                Protocol: FTP- File Transfer Protocol
                                Encryption: Use plain FTP
                                Logon Type: Normal

4. Set Username and Password

5.Transfer Setting -> Passive mode(enable)

6. Connect
