Summer time

It is the month of April and May is on its way. Heat and the scorching sun are making us all feel tired. The water content in our body is getting decreased at a very faster rate. It is really important to take care of the body during the summer season. The extreme heat and the burning sensation can be felt near the equator regions. In India, even though the southern regions are away from the equator we can still sense the complete heat and burning sensation. Just can’t imagine the heat near equator.


Two days back we had a very heavy rainfall which completely changed the weather condition and made us feel extremely delighted. This moment of happiness just vanished the next day when sun was back again with its power again. Make sure you don’t travel much. Don’t full your tummy with solid foods. Try filling it with many soul smoothening drinks like my favorite –“jigarthanda”. Try many juices the best I would say is lemon and watermelon. But still jigarthanda stands on top of my list!
