Talking about managing work and giving advices are the two things we highly skilled at. But when we try to act many of us fail. I can be very sure that those people who tend to fail in managing things at the scheduled time are crisis managers because they finish the entire work that they are supposed to finish, in the eleventh hour and show success. Our brain only gets active when all the other ways are blocked and when we are cornered. This is a great ability. One must be really proud having such quality in him. I would say a person who manage a situation in the time of crisis can handle anything and he is one who can face any risks. He is the real player. I say this because in one night he would gain all the knowledge and the tact and knacks to solve the issue and he meets success too! Isn’t that just amazing!

They are the one who should be regarded as the “extra” ordinary. Don’t bother the people who disparage you and rip of your motivation. Believe me you are highly skilled.
